A nice ride this ..The best part being the section from Lochearnhead up Glen Ogle to Lix Toll... plenty of bends as the road climbs up the hillside. After Lix Toll the road is mainly long straights with a few bends interspersed between them. Scenery is good though as you get closer to Crianlarich. Together with the A84 through Callander (great road) this is a good alternative to the usual A82 (loch lomond side) for getting north to the highlands.

A nice pleasant route, nice scenery, & nice corners, a popular tourist route in summer, an alternative route to the north.
