Starting in Shaw we make our way over the top to Holmfirth stopping at Compo´s Chippy. Then it´s down to Woodhead, heading towards Sheffield. Turn right at The Waggon & Horses Langsett (beware 40mph speed camera just before the turning). Take Mortimer Road to The Strines Inn for well needed refreshments before carrying on to the infamous Snakes Pass. Arriving in Glossop after taking on the Snake turn right at the main junction, this passing the reservoirs and back up to Woodhead. From there it´s back to Holmfirth, Grains Bar and Shaw. Fast roads, great views and plenty of good places to stop for food and drinks.
