Sadly this road is no longer much fun on the bike due to the speed limits all being changed. What was a national speed limit nearly the whole way is now a mix of 40s and 50s. Obviously if your not bothered about you license the road is easily ridable at 60/70+, but personally I dont like to risk getting caught at 20mph+ over the limit!

I love this one! done it a few times. Seriously recommended. Be aware of the hump back bridge by the MAYFLY pub. It's a tight 90 deg right coming off it heading towards Romsey.

Nice bit of road with a couple of nice roundabouts at the end of it which are fairly quiet in the evening. Avoid this route on a Sunday arvo or weekday tea time as not many overtaking spots.
