I picked up the northern part of this route off of 10A on my way from Hartford, CT to Cape Vincent, NY yesterday. I probably wouldn´t have found this route if not for this site. so thank you. Was finding lots of good roads southeast of here through the Catskills all the way back to CT, but was riding them all in the rain. By the time I got here the sun had come out and everything was dry, so I was able to take everything at full speed. I only saw about 20 cars on the whole stretch up to Hwy 8, but this was at about 11 AM on a Monday morning. I would definitely recommend this route if you are passing through this area.

The road you can just keep on following and following wondering what will come next, sweepers? twisties? A little straight maybe? Lots on offer here.
